Needless to say, it was a total mess and I was really disappointed in their response.

They come in plastic bag, no pour spout, no funnel… recommend you use a paper towel roll to refill the chair. After a few attempts to CS, they reluctantly agreed to send me their nightmare filler puff balls. I sent original receipt photos, first day photos, current photos… including next to the other bag purchased within one week from that one. I assumed their satisfaction warranty would have us covered. First one started going incredibly flat within 2 months of purchase. Their filler “puff balls” are a never ending nightmare all over the floor! Why are they all over? Two reasons, two different bags from Big Joe. They have been by far the absolute worst brand we have owned. Both of these companies are literally HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than Lovesac and every bit as pretty! Both companies offer waterproof covers, refill packs of stuffing and warranties. This brand too, offers a plethora of fabrics/styles/sizes. Doesn’t do any tricks or change into anything, but this one? Is my personal favorite. I also have a beanbag from the brand Sumo lounge.

I’ve also ordered the ottoman from Cordaroy and the pillows inside are to die for. It would not fit in the trunk even with the seats folded down). I pushed my passenger seat all the way to the front, and STILL I had to physically body slam the bag into my car. I thought well, I’ll just take my Cordaroy to my daughters with me and sleep on that. Understand tho, that these beanbags take up a LOT of space (for sizing purposes- I have a 2016 Ford Fusion and the queen sized Cordaroy. I thought along those same lines bc a waterproof cover from Cordaroys is about $100, anyhow, I bought a Walmart waterproof cover and it really seemed to hinder the beanbag from filling up correctly.

I saw someone above said that waterproof mattress covers work, and I do disagree with that. The covers are awesome and come in a range of fabrics/patterns. I have ordered 3 of the Cordaroy sacs thus far, have owned them for a little over a year and let me tell ya, we love them! They are awesomely comfortable and pretty. These huge Fatboy bean bags are a totally different lounging approach & can even go outside. If you find yours is getting dirty after lots and lots of use, the durable machine washable cover can be removed for cleaning and you can even buy replacement covers if you wish!Ĥ. These chairs are designed to never go flat thanks to the soft, Ahhsome foam filling. That’s more than $1,400 cheaper than the largest Lovesac BigOne! 😱 We also can’t help but notice the incredible price difference from the Lovesac bean bags too!
